We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Financial Advisors to join our sales team and drive the expansion of our business.

Key Responsibilities: –

1. Prospect, identify and develop new sales opportunities for insurance products within designated territory
2. Proactively sell the company products to meet and exceed sales targets
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
4. Provide clients with expert advice on insurance coverage options.
5. Customize insurance solutions to meet individual client needs.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.
8. Uphold the company’s values and commitment to excellence.

Qualification, Experience and Knowledge:

1. Minimum KCSE grade C- and above. Certificate in sales and marketing and Diploma in any field will be added advantage.
2. Proven sales experience or a strong desire to start a career in sales.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
6. Computer literacy and proficiency in basic software applications.
