- Screening and selection – long and short listing of applicants, selecting the candidates through interviews and identification of the right match of skills, qualifications, personal attributes and talents,
- Referencing – a formal reference check about the candidate regarding his work ethics, performance, behavior and other basic details.
- Engagement, Closure and Monitoring – negotiation and the handholding phase where we mediate in negotiation for the salary package, joining date and offer letter. We maintain a close relationship with both our client and selected candidate to ensure smooth integration of the candidate in the organization coupled with the quality and successful engagement.
As a lead to creating a win-win situation we replace an employee if one would leave in the first three months of engagement.
