At Hubken Consultancy we have designed a practical framework that is result oriented and caters for our clients’ demands. Through extensive use of technology, we have developed workforce dynamics that provide a cutting-edge talent search consulting solutions as follows:
- Planning – Role identification and development by analyzing the job requirements with the client, writing job description and come up with a recruitment plan
- Candidate Sourcing – Advertising by attracting the potential candidates and motivating them to apply for the jobs and selecting skilled and right candidates from the pool of applicants. This may include head hunting for executive selection too.
- Screening and selection – long and short listing of applicants, selecting the candidates through interviews and identification of the right match of skills, qualifications, personal attributes and talents
- Referencing – a formal reference check about the candidate regarding his work ethics, performance, behavior and other personal details.
- Engagement, Closure and Monitoring – negotiation and the handholding phase where we mediate in negotiation for the salary package, joining date and offer letter. We maintain a close relationship with both our client and selected candidate to ensure smooth integration of the candidate in the organization coupled with the quality and successful engagement.
As a lead to creating a win-win situation we replace an employee if one would leave in the first three months of engagement.
