We are seeking highly motivated and competitive Sales Agents to join our sales team and drive the expansion of our business.

Key Responsibilities: –

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for insurance products within designated territory
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide clients with expert advice on insurance coverage
• Customize insurance solutions to meet individual client
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company
• Uphold the company’s values and commitment to excellence

Qualification, Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum KCSE grade D+ and above
• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to start a career in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
• Strong negotiation and customer service
• Self-motivated with a results-driven
• Computer literacy and proficiency in basic software
