INTERNSHIP – Business Development

We are a reputable training and recruitment firm and wish to engage Business Development Interns who are aiming to develop their sales and marketing capacities and deep product knowledge, in the consultancy industry focusing on solving client’s challenges across various industries to lead to improve their employability, sometimes leading to job offers

Job Summary

We are looking to offer hands-on experience to someone who is ambitious, self-driven and focused in becoming a sales expert in advising and giving solutions to clients based on our offerings or services through strong relationship building, lead generation, proposal development, and revenue growth skills.

Duties

1. Lead generation by identifying and prospecting new clients,
2. Understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions (consultative approach).
3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Developing proposals, pitches, and presentations.
5. Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
6. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue.

 Requirements

1. A degree or diploma graduate in Business Related, Education, Arts, Sales, community development, psychology, Human Resources, insurance, communication or any other related field.
2. Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
3. An innovative person with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
5. Results-driven mind-set and willingness to work in a performance based environment.
