Our client a restaurant and grill located at Narok is seeking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive only for those with experience in food industry  to lead the sales and marketing efforts of the bistro and grill.

Duties

  1. To develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets by finding new prospects and sales leads then convert them into loyal customers.
  2. Identify a customer’s needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
  3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote fine dining offerings by utilizing digital marketing, social media, and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness with set targets on social media followers numbers.
  4. Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various sales activities and create awareness of the restaurant through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, visits, entertainment to ensure complete coverage of own customers and achieve set targets
  5. Review monthly the best monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
  6. Leverage and grow customer for functions and corporate events
  7. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to guide the establishment on the market trends and changing client desires and needs.
  8. Be able to keep a register of customers and analyze data on customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in hospitality or relevant role.
  3. Resilience, Fast learner with a passion for sales
  4. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  5. The ability to influence and negotiate with others
  6. Commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach driven by targets

Compensation

A working compensation of Kes 35,000.00 and attractive commissions on achievement of sales targets will be offered to the suitable candidate
