Our client, the Kenya’s boldest Fintech payroll-backed financial services company helping employees fast, fair, and flexible financial access of their salaries when they need them most by partnering with top employers and Saccos is looking for an aggressive, natural closer Sales Associate – Fintech

Job Summary

Will be required to understand the clients` needs, develop and implement sales strategies, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets through provision of exceptional customer service and support, product/service knowledge and effective communication.

Duties

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, through cold calls with potential clients across Kenya
  2. Qualify prospects generate, follow-up sales leads via email, calls, and field visits,
  3. Craft killer pitches and compelling proposals by making sales presentations, negotiating terms and conditions and closing deals.
  4. Tracking sales performance reporting on key metrics  and manage sales efforts in ClickUp, Excel, and CRM tools.
  5. Represent the firm in meetings with HR teams, decision-makers, and partner networks
  6. Smash activity and conversion targets, week in and week out

Requirements

  1. Must-have 3–5 years’ experience selling financial services in a Fintech, Sacco, or bank with experience closing B2B service agreements in finance
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong negotiation skills
  3. Confidence on the phone and charisma in person
  4. Fluent in email, great with proposals, and comfortable with rejection
  5. Proficiency in Excel, ClickUp, and professional communication tools
  6. Obsessed with outcomes, organized under pressure, and driven to win
  7. Deep networks within HR and payroll teams
  8. Knowledge of earned wage access or check-off systems

Compensation & Benefits

A guiding Salary of Ksh 50,000.00 – 80,000.00 with attractive performance based commissions will be offered to the best candidate with other work related costs like transport costs during field visits and airtime.
