Our client a corporate branding company specializing in branded promotional items and uniforms including embroidered or screen printed Tshirts, polos, caps, shirts, aprons, dust coats, overalls, umbrellas, reflector jackets etc is seeking to employ aggressive self motivated and focused Sales Agents with sales experience of  Corporate uniforms and branding items to be based in Nairobi industrial area.

Job Summary

To drive business growth through facilitate the selling of branding products and service while ensuring growth of revenue of the company through Selling, Publicity and Client Management activities.

Duties

  1. Identify business opportunities by prospecting different clients and visiting the potential customers for new business and undertake aggressive sales to achieve set sales targets continuously
  2. Up sell, cross sell, identify and develop new business from existing customers to increase the service range within the region.
  3. Achievement of the desired and agreed sales growth target for diverse portfolios and improve, enhance and achieve an agreed client retention rate by building and maintaining a strong professional business relationship with clients.
  4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services to existing and potential clients.
  5. Ensure any product samples requested by clients are delivered in a timely manner to the client and follow up for payment or are returned.
  6. Follow up on client orders and escalate any bottlenecks being experienced.
  7. Create and send accurate monthly reports that indicate sales plans, variances and recommend improvement and remedial measures.

Requirements

  1. At least three (3) years relevant work experience  with proven ability to close sale deals and achieve targets.
  2. At least a degree or diploma holder in Sales and Marketing or any business related course.
  3. A person with ability to work independently, aggressive in nature and sales driven.
  4. Attention to detail and Innovative with good networking skills
  5. A presentable person with great communication skills including good command of English with ability to handle high-end clients
  6. Excellent negotiation and  persuasion skills
  7. An outgoing and friendly personality who must display a high degree of emotional maturity
  8. Outstanding interpersonal and strong leadership skills with ability to multi-task.

Compensation 

A guiding salary of Kes 40,000.00 with attractive commissions will be offered to the best candidate depending on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, talents and attitude
