A well-established savings and credit society offering savings and loans services to staff members of the private security firms and other firms which offer internal utility service in Residential Areas, Homes, Offices, Malls, Factories, Construction Sites, Rallies, Events and Ceremonies since 2013 is seeking seeks to recruit top talent, aggressive and self-driven Marketing and Sales Agents to join their innovative and transformative.

Job Summary

To drive sales by designing and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies, maintain outstanding customer relationships, creating and tracking sales and performance reports.


  1. Recruit new members from existing and new organizations while ensuring compliance to Sacco policies and procedures.
  2. Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule by maintaining records on customer details, sales visits and book calendars for the visits.
  3. Maintain long-term relationships with members by providing support, information and guidelines including recommending new opportunities available in the sacco products and services.
  4. Participate in planning, organization, promotion and execution of SACCO sales and marketing events as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager from time to time.
  5. Assist in co-ordination, organisation and participate in member education events.
  6. Consistently track sales performance, measure and analyse monthly sales projections.
  7. Ensure that account’s (membership) retention is maintained at the Sacco targeted level.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. A minimum of two (2) years proven sales and marketing field experience.
  2. At least a diploma in sales, marketing, sales and marketing, business management or in any other business-related fields, a bachelor’s degree is a definite added advantage
  3. Proficiency in computer skills

  6. Analytical and report writing skills.
  7. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  8. Strong negotiations and persuasive skills with charisma, and a deep understanding of changing market dynamics and sales strategies.


A stating working retainer of 25,000.00 together with attractive commissions  will be offered to the best candidates.
