Our client a fast growing   premier security company offering integrated technology-driven security solutions including Security personnel, CCTV & Surveillance, Alarms, Electric Fence, Event Security Management, VIP Protection, Alarm Systems, Access Control (Smart Lock & POS Gate Automation and Automated Parking) is seeking to employ  Sales Executives to join their highly motivated and dynamic team at their Mlolongo, Mombasa Road head office,

Job Purpose

To drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s security services.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Business Development: Identify potential clients through research, referrals, and market Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle any service concerns promptly.

3. Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales Maintain a sales pipeline and submit regular performance reports to management.

4. Market Research: Gather intelligence on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing Recommend new products, packages, or marketing strategies based on client feedback.

5. Collaboration with Operations: Work with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Provide input on guard deployment requirements during contract execution.

6. Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking Actively promote the company’s services on social media and other channels.

Requirements

a. A mature person who is Goal-oriented, focused in life and self-motivated

b. A least a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is necessary.

c. Must have a proven sales experience in the security industry products like guarding, CCTV, access control, alarms, events and perimeter security, with a customer-focused approach and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

d. Familiarity with the security industry, products, and services is pivotal in succeeding as a sales associate,

c. Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively with outstanding analytical skills to interpret sales performance.

d. Excellent ability to easily build rapport and trust with potential and existing customers.

e. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent ability to build coupled with capacity to maintain strong relationships with people.

f. Strong ability to persuade, negotiate with clients, influence their decisions and capacity to close deals.

g. Excellent oral and written communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits

A Salary with attractive performance based commission of 10% will be offered to the best candidate with other work related costs like transport costs during field visits.
