A leading financial services company in Kenya, providing innovative lending solutions to employees of tier-one companies to foster financial well-being and contribute to economic growth through technology-driven and strategic partnership approach is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate.  

Job Summary

The associate will drive adoption rates among the firm end users and pursue new leads through proactive outreach both by field engagements and cold calling in order to increase sales and the financial services product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct field visits to engage with end users and promote our financial services products.
2. Distribute sales and marketing materials effectively at client sites.
3. Initiate and follow up on cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
4. Maintain a high level of customer engagement and ensure seamless adoption of the financial services.
5. Meet and exceed the adoption rate targets for the assigned client accounts.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and improve client experience.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on client interactions and market feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

1. One must hold at least an Undergraduate degree in business related or any other relevant field.
2. Must have had 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
3. Strong cold calling and client engagement skills.
4. Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Excel, ClickUp, and Freshdesk is preferred
6. A person with strong communication and public speaking skills.
7. A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven personality.

Compensation & Benefits

A guiding Salary of Ksh 25,000 with attractive performance based commissions will be offered to the best candidate. Other work related costs like transport covered for field visits will be compensated.
