Our client a fast growing Fintech company providing unique lending financial solutions to numerous firms’ employees through products that are easily accessible with a predictable and affordable repayment plan through a comprehensive web-based application system and an innovative mobile lending platform is seeking to employ an IT System Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the firm Software as a Service (SaaS) providers, IT infrastructure, and system operations including ensuring smooth system functionality, managing user access, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting internal teams with IT solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Education & Experience
At least a Bachelor’s degree holders in IT, Computer Science, or an other related field
Candidates with a work experience of 2-5+ years (entry-level to mid-level) are encouraged to apply

Compensation:
A negotiable pay of between Ksh 50,000.00 – 75,000.00 per month will be offered to the best candidate depending on qualifications, relevance in work experience in a fintech, technical skills, attitude and additional technical talents.
Other benefits include growth Opportunities including leading the IT department, the team and take on managerial responsibilities and occasional travel among other chances.
