Our client an established Gynaecology, Obstetrics, and Reproductive Wellness clinic committed to providing the highest quality of women’s healthcare with a personal attention currently based at Thindigua along Kiambu road is seeking to employ a self-driven Clinic Marketing and Office Administrator (lady).

Job Summary

To provide support and assistance to the gynecologists’ (s) and other medical practitioners on the smooth running of the clinic office on a day-to-day basis by handling various administrative duties, ensuring efficient clinic office operations coupled with developing and implementing marketing strategies for products and services.

Duties

  1. As the first point of contact with patients, handle front office services including interactions with public like welcoming and guiding patients, answering phone calls and other office management tasks to make sure that the clinic runs smoothly on day to day basis and delivery of a professional and excellent patient care.
  2. Managing patient’s appointments by maintaining and updating the clinic’s appointment system, keeping excellent clinical records and ensure there is enough coverage for appointments.
  3. Assist and manage consultants bookings and dairy.
  4. Enter and process clinical results and liaise with clinicians about client management, reviews, and treatments.
  5. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders including medical suppliers, other clinics, medical practitioners and other interested parties.
  6. Handling patient billing and insurance claims by navigating the complexities of insurance claims processing and coding.
  7. Preparing documents, organizing files, and providing general administrative support, maintain clinic facilities and equipment
  8. Implement clinic policies and procedures, address and resolve patient concerns and feedback.
  9. Oversee the management of petty cash, ensuring secure and efficient disbursements.
  10. Initiate, build and maintain excellent relationships with clients including patients, clinics and clinicians around Kiambu and Nairobi as a lead to identifying potential and new business opportunities.
  11. Fostering strong relationships with other clinicians and clinics to drive sales growth and brand presence in the area through filed sales and marketing activities,
  12. In conjunction with the gynaecologists create programs to teach customers about the clinical value of products and services offered,
  13. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or bachelor degree in business administration, commerce (sales and marketing) nursing, health studies, social sciences, public relations or any other business or medical related field,
  2. Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting coupled with training in customer service and marketing or sales are added advantage,
  3. A mature (Female 25 Years and above) self-driven and motivated person who would work without supervision,
  4. Exceptional problem-solving capacity, critical thinking, adept at decision making and analytical expertise,
  5. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and outstanding communication (written and oral) skills, negotiation and persuasion skills,
  6. Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with good organisational, time management and teamwork skills,
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in high-pressure environments,
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic book keeping skills.

Compensation

A working wage of Kes 30,000.00 with performance based very attractive commissions will be offered to the suitable candidate
