Business Intelligence Analyst Deadline 22/03/2025

Our client a fast growing, women-run manufacturer and a trusted brand  with over 50 non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for humans and the environment, powered by African-grown ingredients is seeking to employ Business Intelligence Analysts.

Job Summary

The best candidate will use the company’s internal data resources to drive increased data-driven decision-making by combining technical skills, teamwork, and business acumen to deliver reports and analysis to various stakeholders, while maintaining quality database and improving data structures.

Duties

1. Communicate clearly and concisely analytic findings and recommendations to the business, with follow-on support to ensure proper measurement and evaluation.
2. Engage with internal stakeholders, understand informational needs and improve data fluency to facilitate data-driven decisions.
3. Iterate, improve, and create new clear and user-friendly dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the company.
4. Manipulate and maintain data from our system and its corresponding analytics tool (Zoho Analytics).
5. Code custom queries using Structured Query Language SQL.
6. Proactively identify opportunities where analysis can drive valuable business results.
7. Train stakeholders throughout the business to improve data fluency.

Requirements

1. At least four (4) years’ experience in data analytics roles, including strong experience doing analysis using excel, querying using SQL and data visualization tools (eg. Zoho Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI).
2. A bachelor of science degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Computer Science, Economics, or related field preferred but not required.
3. Preferred additional technical skills include Zoho Analytics, R, Python, DAX (Must indicate on CV)
4. Excellent communication skills, discussing and describing data related analysis and ability to work across functions and geographies.
5. Experience and a high capacity in managing multiple problems and assignments at the same time and delivering high quality outputs.
6. A proactive person who is customer centric and a team player

Compensation

A guiding negotiable wage of Ksh 60K  will be offered to the best candidate.
